What Gets Deleted

When you submit a data deletion request, we will delete:

Your account profile and login credentials
Personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
Business data you have entered into the platform
Usage logs and analytics tied to your account
Communication history and support tickets
Payment information (where stored by us)

What We May Retain

Certain information may be retained as required by law:

Transaction records for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years)
Information necessary to prevent fraud or abuse
Data required for legal claims or compliance
Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you

Processing Time

We will process your request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete. In some cases, we may need to verify your identity before proceeding.
